Wire thread inserts are inserts developed to protect non-ferrous metal threaded holes and are suitable for threaded connections. Screw and tighten it into the threaded hole of one of the connected parts to form a standard internal thread, and the bolt (or screw) is then screwed into it. The commonly used material for wire thread inserts is stainless steel 304. The installation steps of wire thread inserts are simple and clear, including drilling, tapping, installation and tail removal.
